Charles Fenno Jacobs (December 14, 1904 – June 27, 1975) was an American photographer in the mid-20th century. Shortly after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, famed photographer Edward Steichen recruited Charles Fenno Jacobs (1904-1975) to join his Naval Aviation Photographic Unit.
